Role Description

The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Heath, OH, responsible for supporting overall store operations and delivering an engaging customer experience. In this role, the Assistant Manager helps lead daily floor activities, including customer service, sales execution, merchandising, and visual presentation, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This role assists with scheduling, task delegation, and coaching team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance.

The Assistant Manager supports inventory management, loss prevention efforts, and adherence to operational policies and procedures. This position also collaborates with store leadership to meet sales goals, analyze store performance, and contribute ideas to improve results and team engagement.

Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, delegation, and performance support.
  • Skills in sales and merchandising, including reading sales trends, supporting visual standards, and driving conversion and units per transaction.
  • Operational strengths such as time management, organization, inventory handling, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Comfort with basic technology used in retail environments (point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and store communication tools).
  • Reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to an inclusive, respectful, and safety-focused workplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail management or supervisory experience is a plus.
