Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Heath, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aero and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Full Time Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a aerospace and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity, access concerns, and other security-related issues.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and support screening and access control procedures in accordance with site policies.
* Assist with reporting hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns that may affect daily operations, while following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

* Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
* Alarm panel experience is preferred.
* CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
