Position Summary The CX Client Experience Driver is responsible for safely transporting customer vehicles between their home or workplace and Hinderer Motor Company for scheduled service appointments.

Drivers serve as an extension of our dealership and are expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain professionalism, and ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Essential Responsibilities Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments

Provide a professional and friendly customer experience during every interaction

Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after transport

Follow all company procedures regarding vehicle handling and documentation

Safely operate customer and company vehicles

Communicate effectively with the Client Experience Team regarding scheduling and vehicle status

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with customers

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle concerns immediately

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong customer service and communication skills

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Ability to use a smartphone for communication and scheduling updates

Comfortable driving a variety of vehicle makes and models

Preferred Qualifications Previous driving, delivery, transportation, or customer service experience

Experience working in an automotive or dealership environment

Physical Requirements Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day Ability to sit, drive, and travel for extended periods

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment Primarily driving and customer-facing interactions

Frequent travel throughout the local service area Exposure to varying weather conditions

Moderate noise levels typical of automotive and dealership environments

Schedule & Compensation On-call position

Work is assigned based on customer demand and scheduling needs

No guaranteed hours

Drivers may accept or decline opportunities based on availability

Compensation: $40 per completed drive
