Fun In Motion Toys is excited to share that we are moving to a new location in Heath, OH. With this transition comes an important opportunity- we are hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to supervise warehouse operations, train team members, and ensure compliance with safety and Company standards.

• Unload/supervise unloading and receiving inbound container shipments. This includes inspecting quality and noting damage, receiving product in the Company Warehouse Management system, and ensuring stock is put away and stored in the correct bin locations.
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound wholesale and direct to consumer orders through the Company Warehouse Management system, and ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of orders picked, packed and shipped by Team Members.

• Direct and supervise Team Members as instructed by Operations Manager, and lead by example to demonstrate Company values and promote teamwork.
• Train staff in receiving, handling, storing, inventorying, and shipping of Company products.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning staffing needs, including contract labor when required.
• Report and/or address any issues or work-related injuries and participate in any investigations as directed by Operations Manager and Human Resources.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with Company standards and processes, and all applicable safety regulations.
• Assist Operation Manager to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories, and report variances and/or damaged items.
• Safely operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Supervisor preferred
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems to receive and ship products
• Forklift certification and experience required
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs daily
• Good organization and decision-making skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, Company Standards, and Customer Requirements
