Staff Accountant

This role offers broad exposure across accounting operations, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time. Key duties include:

• Maintain financial records in Quick Books
• Prepare and post general ledger entries
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with monthly close and financial reporting
• Prepare budget vs. actual analysis
• Manage accounts payable, billings, and collections
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Create ad hoc financial reports as needed
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed and maintained
• Support additional accounting, payroll, HR, or compliance-related tasks as they arise

• Payroll processing and benefits administration
• Maintaining employee records and supporting HR policies
• Assisting with compliance-related processes

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with general accounting functions
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and researching accounting issues
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
