As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations with precision and efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to work under the direction of our CFO in overseeing our financial records. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking full ownership of accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in bookkeeping, billings, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

• Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Oversee job costing and expense tracking for multiple projects
• Assist in financial planning and provide insights on cost control and profitability
• Maintain accurate records and implement best practices in financial management

• Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience in the construction or home‑building industry is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
