This lab instructor will support our new Heber Campus, as well as North Summit and Park City High School students.

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor who is passionate about education and committed to preparing the next generation of Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) through hands-on instruction and mentorship.

As a Lab Instructor, you won't just be teaching skills—you'll be building confidence, fostering professionalism, and making a lasting impact on students' careers and lives. You'll work closely with classroom instructors to bridge theory and practice, providing students with the real-world experience they need to thrive in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor include, but are not limited to:

• Provide engaging and effective lab instruction and supervision to Nurse Assistant students.
• Evaluate student learning through written, oral, and hands-on performance assessments.
• Maintain a positive, student-centered lab environment that encourages growth and learning.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of student performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment between classroom and lab experiences.

• Education Requirements: A high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year is preferred.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization, enabling efficient handling of multiple responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: A student-focused mindset with the ability to model professionalism and encourage accountability.
