Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Location: Heber Valley Elementary
Schedule: Part-Time (Estimated 22-26 hours/week). Monday (Approx. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) and Tuesday-Friday (Approximately 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM).
Commitment: September 21, 2026 – May 28, 2027 (Summer program opportunities available!)
Mentor & Engage: Build positive, supportive relationships with youth through active engagement.
Lead the Fun: Facilitate and participate in games, recreational activities, and enrichment programs both indoors and outdoors.
Support Growth: Help children develop social and emotional intelligence by modeling positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
Maintain Safety: Provide active supervision to ensure a physically and emotionally safe space for all participants.
Experience working with youth (ages 5–18) in an educational, recreational, or team setting is preferred.
A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.
Willingness to actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly paid training and professional development.
Ability to actively supervise children, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift 25–50 lbs.
