Customer Service Representative

Jorgenson Builders is a high-end custom home builder in the Park City/Heber Valley areas. We’re looking for an individual who can manage customer, trade partners, and employee experiences along with our social media. This will start as a part-time position, with a possible increase in hours.

• Professionally greets, directs, and handles correspondence from current and potential clients
• Responsible for marketing, advertising, and maintaining the digital presence of Jorgenson Builders
• Represents Jorgenson Builders at local events and sponsor ships
• Prepares gifts for clients, vendors, and employees
• Manage company branding i.e. clothing, books, pens, etc.
• Follow-up and maintain relationships with architects and past customers
• Obtain customer reviews
• Coordinate customer satisfaction between customer and Jorgenson Builders on current jobs

• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to prioritize workload
• Must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of internal and external customers, suppliers, and other business partners. This includes in-person, over the phone, and in writing
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to independently analyze situations and make decisions
• Must have an outgoing personality and demonstrate a positive, team-first attitude
