Escrow Assistant – First American – Heber City, UT

Join our Escrow team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will provide critical administrative and customer support to help make the dream of home ownership a reality.

• Assist in the escrow process: opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling full disbursement and follow‑up.
• Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Use a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

• Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Problem‑solving mindset, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Team oriented, contributing to a collaborative environment that exceeds customer expectations.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
