Porter is also responsible for the make-ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, daily attendance, cleaning and grounds upkeep, responding to work orders, safety compliance, and assisting in preventative maintenance programs.
