We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Salt Lake and Tooele areas. In this role, you will provide care to medically complex pediatric and adult clients, overseeing daily patient management and logging clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime).
Responsibilities- Provide Amazing Care to the population we serve
- Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider
- Daily logging of clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime)
- Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations
- Spanish speaking (encouraged)
