Rocky Mountain Care – The Lodge/Heber City is hiring a Unit Manager with Wound Care experience. This full-time role combines 20 hours of Unit Manager duties with 20 hours of Wound Care on the floor, requiring an RN or LPN license in Utah and a passion for quality patient care.
You will oversee resident care, participate in IDT and compliance meetings, conduct chart audits, and support a team in a positive, service‑oriented culture. CPR certification and strong interpersonal skills are expected.
