Hourly Wage: $18 – $31 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and are in proper order throughout the day.
