- Build trust-based relationships with customers and teammates
- Conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs and payment options
- Present clear, transparent, menu-style pricing and protection products
- Process finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal regulations
- Prepare, audit, and submit deal packages with complete and accurate documentation
- Ensure fast and efficient funding of all contracts
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and CSI goals
- Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back
- Minimum 6 months of F&I experience
- Strong work ethic with self-driven motivation
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven ability to close deals while remaining customer-centric and honest
- Basic MS Office and computer proficiency
- Commitment to maintaining superior CSI
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
