As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective clients, educate families about our athlete development programs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Speak with parents and athletes about available training programs.
• Understand each family's goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Answer questions and guide prospective clients through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
