The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is meant for a go-getter. This person enjoys working with their hands and staying active in their daily responsibilities. This person is patient and detail oriented as it is the little things that matter in this role.
This role will help maintain and clean all areas across the property. This is an evolving role with an opportunity to grow into a great career as the community and club grow.
Daily Tasks- Maintenance and cleanliness of Club facilities, Equestrian Center, pools, kitchens, and grounds
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment
- Paint, sand and stain buildings, furniture, and equipment
- Plumbing repairs as needed
- HVAC repairs as needed and filter changes (HVAC and EPA certifications preferred but not required)
- Pool testing, chemical adjustment, cleaning, (CPO certification preferred but not required)
- Sweep/Clean sidewalks around amenities
- Trash checks around the property as needed
- Carpentry projects
- Minor masonry
- Painting and staining
- Bridge and fence maintenance
- Minor snow removal
- Appliance repair in laundry rooms and kitchens
Eager to make a difference every day
Comfortable working independently
Knowledge, comfort, and safety while working with power tools
Willingness to develop new skill sets
Must have a driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical RequirementThis position operates during all seasons and weather patterns.
This position is very active and involves walking, squatting, lifting over 50 lbs., kneeling, bending, and ladder work.
Ability to golf at our Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-Hole Golf Course
