What You’ll Do:- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on construction equipment and vehicles
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
- Diagnose equipment problems and recommend effective solutions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment
- Complete repairs on heavy equipment, machinery, and fleet vehicles
- Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate repair needs with field teams
- Work closely with operators and project teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards
- Experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment, heavy machinery, or diesel equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- A commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time
- Comfortable working with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals
- Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, or electrical experience is a plus
