We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily operations of a secure electric utility warehouse. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating materials for field operations, and ensuring critical utility supplies are available to support system reliability and emergency response efforts.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and inventory tracking systems
  • Support field crews by ensuring timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance, outages, and emergency restoration
  • Assist with procurement coordination, vendor deliveries, and replenishment activities
  • Maintain strict inventory security and controlled-access procedures for utility materials
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track inventory transactions and reporting
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management experience
  • Experience with inventory process systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience
  • Electric utility, construction, public works, or industrial warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with utility materials such as transformers, conduit, wire, or meters
  • Experience in a secure or controlled-access warehouse environment
