Job Description

Develop and implement IEPs, provide support to individual students in general education and/or resource setting

Skills Required

* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information

* Ability to organize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and independently to meet deadlines

* Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiates instruction based upon student learning styles.

* Ability to work with people of various personality types.

* Ability to use computer network systems and software applications as needed.

* Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

9-12 Special Ed Licensure in the State of Arkansas

Other Expectations:

Working with frequent interruptions

Works in standard office and school building environments

Frequent contact with parents, community, and other district/campus employees

Daily attendance and punctuality expected
