Description
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country.
We are seeking to fill a key position within our organization: CAD CAM Technician (3rd Shift Printer Operator) at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR.
The regular hours for this position are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and are subject to change.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401(k) with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.
Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position- Cycle jobs on additive manufacturing equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
- Clean parts removed from additive manufacturing equipment.
- Set up print jobs as indicated by the CAM Manager.
- Associate models from finished print jobs.
- Calibrate equipment as approved by the CAM Manager.
- Assist with IOS model building when all other tasks have been completed.
Required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to adapt to company-employed software such as Magic Touch, 3
Shape, and various existing and upcoming portals for receiving IOS scans. - Intermediate technical knowledge and understanding.
- Is flexible and able to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of how to operate a computer and use a digital file system.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Daily exposure to uncured resins used in additive manufacturing equipment.
- Exposure to alcohol vapors.
- Possible exposure to UV light from parts curing units.
- Exposure to all materials utilized by production and maintenance in the laboratory.
- Computer usage (non-hazardous).
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Pushing and pulling.
