Position: CAD CAM Technician (3rd Shift Printer Operator)

Description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country.

We are seeking to fill a key position within our organization: CAD CAM Technician (3rd Shift Printer Operator) at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR.

The regular hours for this position are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and are subject to change.

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401(k) with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position
  • Cycle jobs on additive manufacturing equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Clean parts removed from additive manufacturing equipment.
  • Set up print jobs as indicated by the CAM Manager.
  • Associate models from finished print jobs.
  • Calibrate equipment as approved by the CAM Manager.
  • Assist with IOS model building when all other tasks have been completed.
Skills And Abilities

Required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to adapt to company-employed software such as Magic Touch, 3

    Shape, and various existing and upcoming portals for receiving IOS scans.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge and understanding.
  • Is flexible and able to work as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate a computer and use a digital file system.
Minimum Education And Experience Required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
Hazardous Materials Or Equipment Used
  • Daily exposure to uncured resins used in additive manufacturing equipment.
  • Exposure to alcohol vapors.
  • Possible exposure to UV light from parts curing units.
  • Exposure to all materials utilized by production and maintenance in the laboratory.
  • Computer usage (non-hazardous).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Pushing and pulling.
