These Career Opportunities are considered Temp-to-Hire, meaning that conversion to full time employment with client company can occur after 520 hours probationary period.

Assembly Operator is guided by blueprint and assembly instructions and assembles part in jig using fastening hardware and air powered hand tools. Assembly operator is required to inspect product for Quality assurance.

• Follow safety and environmental procedures
• Come to work every day, on time as scheduled
• Proficient communication skills
• Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Compare parts to blueprint to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality.
• Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system
• Knowledge of various fixtures and jigs.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep equipment running smoothly and reduce downtime.
• Examine parts during production process.
• Execute scheduling board
• Ability to use motorized walking stacker.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to use quality inspection equipment
• Proficient and basic math and computer skills.
• Work Environment:
  The work environment is a metal fabrication machine shop. Indoor, noisy, hot in summer months.

Monday - Friday (Overtime When Mandatory).

1st Shift; 6:00AM to 2:30PM
