CNC Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Night Shift

Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a Direct Hire CNC Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Heber Springs, AR area. This is a full-time night shift opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with strong CNC troubleshooting and repair skills. Pay is based on experience.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial or CNC maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems from 24V to 480V
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC schematics
• Experience with hydraulics, valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives
• Knowledge of PLC inputs, outputs, and basic troubleshooting procedures
• Experience replacing bearings, guides, ball screws, spindles, and other machine components
• Ability to use measuring and testing equipment including calipers, micrometers, and voltage meters
• Basic knowledge of robotics and automation systems
• Computer skills and ability to utilize online technical support resources
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery and production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance assignments and documentation
• Analyze equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
• Replace or repair machine components including bearings, spindles, ball screws, guides, pumps, valves, and motors
• Work with engineers, programmers, operators, and setup personnel to improve machine performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and verify electrical signals and voltages
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using computerized maintenance management systems
• Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support 5S initiatives
• Wear required PPE and work safely in a manufacturing environment
