Personal Shopper; In-Store

Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Work in all departments of the store while shopping for customers and choosing the right products, such as apples or cereal.

The position is extremely fast paced and may require juggling online order fulfillment with in‑store customer assistance, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Dispense completed orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.
