Oversee bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, and supervision;
Maintain inventory procedures including replenishment, receiving, invoicing, and back stock management;
Support merchandising and display standards, signage, and shelf zoning to ensure attractive product presentation;
Assist with fresh food preparation and production while upholding food safety standards;
Foster teamwork, customer service, and adherence to Harps policies and safety procedures
