Job Title:
9-12 Strenght & Conditioning Coach
Contract Length: 220 Days
Reports To:
Building Principal & Athletic Director
Job Summary:
9-12 Strenght & Conditioning Coach supports the development and success of student athletes by improving performance and reducing injury risk through evidence based exercise, strength training, and conditioning programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Football
Coaching:
* Assist the Head Football Coach in whatever position group assigned, developing game strategies, and mentoring student-athletes.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and program objectives.
Qualifications:
* Current Arkansas Licensure in Health PE
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
