CDL Driver - Heber Springs, AR

Starting Pay: $21.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM | 10+ Hour Days | 50 hours a week

About the Role:

Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team in Heber Springs, AR.

In this role, you'll operate a Rearload Garbage Truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You'll Do:

* Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes

* Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility

* Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

* Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

* Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Requirements:

* Valid Class A or B CDL

* Clean driving record

* 2+ years of CDL driving experience
