Job Description:

Regional School District 8 (RHAM) is accepting applications for a 1.0 Business Education Teacher for the start of the 2026 - 2027 school year. This position teaches classes at the high school. Applicants must hold or be eligible for Connecticut certification in Business Education (010). The schedule for the successful candidate is anticipated to include business courses such as Marketing, Financial Literacy, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.

RHAM High School's Business Education program includes a highly active DECA chapter and a student-run school store. The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting and contributing to these program components.

Regional School District 8 is a high-performing, regionalized secondary school district serving approximately 1,000 students in grades seven through twelve residing in the towns of Hebron, Andover, and Marlborough. The district consists of one middle school and one high school located on a shared campus in Hebron, CT. The district offers rich academic experiences through a robust program of studies, as well as a variety of sports, extracurricular activities, and clubs, to provide students with a well-rounded education.
