Job Summary:

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Project & Office Coordinator to support Ennoble Care as we establish operations in a new market.

This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week role, and for approximately the first six months, you may be the primary Ennoble Care employee working from our temporary local office. While you'll have plenty of support from colleagues and leaders across the organization, you should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and staying productive with limited onsite supervision.

What Will My Days Actually Look Like?

You'll receive projects and assignments from across Ennoble Care. Some assignments may be interesting and challenging. Others will be routine administrative work that simply needs to get done. No task is "too small" in this role.

You might spend your day:

  • Working independently on an assigned project and providing updates to the project owner.
  • Researching information and turning your findings into a clear written summary.
  • Drafting emails, documents, presentations, or other communications.
  • Updating spreadsheets, trackers, reports, or shared documents.
  • Coordinating a project involving several different departments.
  • Welcoming someone who arrives unexpectedly at the office.
  • Speaking with a healthcare professional, regulatory representative, community partner, vendor, candidate, or other visitor.
  • Coordinating with vendors, receiving deliveries, managing mail, ordering supplies, or solving an office issue.
  • Helping with another priority that wasn't on your original to-do list that morning.

Being the Face of Ennoble Care

While you may initially be the only Ennoble Care employee regularly working from the office, you will also be our local representative. That means we're looking for someone who is naturally friendly, welcoming, professional, and comfortable talking to people. If a government representative, regulator, healthcare professional, community partner, or other visitor walks through the door, you should feel comfortable greeting them, learning what they need, and speaking confidently about Ennoble Care at an appropriate level.

Writing & Communication Skills Matter

Strong writing skills are important in this position. You may be asked to draft emails, prepare summaries, document a process, communicate project updates, or turn a conversation into a clear written document. We're looking for someone who can write clearly and professionally and who pays attention to grammar, spelling, tone, and accuracy.

You should also be comfortable:

  • Answering and speaking professionally on the phone.
  • Communicating with people you've never met.
  • Participating in virtual meetings.
  • Asking questions when something isn't clear.
  • Communicating when something is delayed or isn't going according to plan.
  • You should be comfortable with technology and excited to learn new tools.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in healthcare administration and operations.
  • Are genuinely comfortable working alone for extended periods of the workday.
  • Are dependable and understand why consistent onsite presence matters in this particular position.
  • Can stay motivated and productive without a manager physically present.
  • Are friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Have experience with Claude or other AI…
