Hebron, KY 41048 Shift: 8 – 5 but could vary depending on the project. 1st shift Duration: 90 Days Synopsis:
These individuals will be setting up new workstations, cabling in internet and phones, and looking at adding signage.
Description:
This individual should be a high-energy, quick learner who enjoys a hand-on, high-speed work environment. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:
Preventative Maintenance of equipment. Work with our corporate Engineering and Operations management team to prepare test procedures for repair and other processes. Work with CTDI repair branches to implement and support the tools and processes to optimize testing and repair processes. Ships and receives fixtures and equipment when necessary. Software updates and validation, specifically Amazon software. Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems, products, Generate various documents, including test procedures, schematics, flowcharts, and project status reports.
Support local branch on technical requirements and consult with other branches as required.
Required Skills:
Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Ability to prioritize tasks based on direction from multiple departments. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work with and communicate with a diverse population, including all levels of management Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Clear discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems. Understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits.
Understanding of audio, video and CATV RF formats and circuits. Familiarity with IP networks and Linux a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experience:
Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of science. Bachelor's a plus or experience with test engineering, 1 year minimum
