Salary Exempt status

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Facilitate resolution of system errors and identify opportunities for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

2. Provide support for both internal and external users as well as problem-solving and troubleshooting guidance Document all support issues and communicate ticket status to leadership

3. Submit and manage support tickets with vendors, partners, customers and retailers within their specified systems as needed

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and potentially analyze data

5. Update and distribute reports

6. Participate in meetings, group tasks, company projects, and Continuous Improvements

7. Accountable for achieving strategic Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Marginal Functions:

1. Respond to other assignments as needed within office environment

2. Willingness to travel to company or customer facilities when needed

3. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed due to customer requirements, mostly on an on-call basis

Job Specifications:

1. Experience working with fulfillment and warehouse systems preferred

2. Minimum of one year experience in, or demonstration of ability to exceed expectations of role required

3. Basic Microsoft Office and software applications knowledge required

4. Accurate typing skills a must

5. Prior experience in the logistics industry or working with logistics software preferred

6. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

7. Capability to work with others; solicitate and render assistance when needed Able to work and communicate with employees at all levels of operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

8. Must be able to thoroughly and accurately follow specific instructions

9. Ability to understand, follow and enforce company policies and procedures
