Assembly Technician

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing quality work? We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling components and products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities- Follow detailed verbal, written, and visual work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.
- Perform mechanical assembly and labeling of components, assemblies, and subassemblies.
- Assemble parts according to specifications, blueprints, and visual aids.
- Inspect products and components to verify quality standards and proper assembly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and scanning equipment safely and effectively.
- Accurately record and report assembly activities through company systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and work under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.
- Support additional production and operational tasks as needed.
- Experience with mechanical or production assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with scanners, barcode systems, and electronic data entry.
- Experience working in a quality-focused production setting.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Employees regularly use hand tools, power tools, and scanning equipment while following established safety and security guidelines.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
