Managing other associates including assigning/monitoring duties, coaching The Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store administration tasks including ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, transferring products, and completing paperwork;
Providing the Hi Five Guest Experience; greeting guests and ensuring the store is prepared and ready for guests at all times;
Preparation of Dip Side items and related ice cream/yogurt products;
Operating the Point of Sale system and gas console; handling transactions and related duties
