** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns and promptly report findings according to site procedures.

+ Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and security-related observations during patrols.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel to provide assistance and uphold site rules.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related matters and support a secure environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
