Field Service Technician
Join our team as a Field Service Technician where you will perform essential baghouse tasks such as filter bag and cage installation, and baghouse repairs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a working knowledge of products, installation techniques, and specifications for all BWF projects. Additionally, you will ensure that vendors and contractors have the appropriate certifications to meet safety compliance standards.
This position requires traveling to various locations as needed and attending all necessary customer site-specific and safety training sessions.
- Perform filter bag and cage installations and baghouse repairs as directed by the Baghouse Crew Supervisor.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, installation techniques, and specifications for BWF projects.
- Ensure vendors and contractors have the appropriate safety compliance certifications.
- Travel to various locations as required (50-100% travel).
- Attend required customer site-specific training and safety training.
- Proficiency in mechanical repairs and installations.
- Experience with hand tools, troubleshooting, and understanding schematics and blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to use a laptop or tablet for documenting job notes and sending emails.
- Capability to climb ladders up to 15 feet and stairs up to 7 stories.
- Ability to lift boxes, equipment, and parts weighing between 50-75 lbs.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is dry and dirty, and can become very hot. You will be required to wear a respirator due to dust and particles in the baghouse.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
