- Responsibilities:
Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).;
Lead the shipping and receiving team members and coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.;
Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).;
Communicate instructions to warehouse equipment and ensure on-time loading with carriers.;
Review operator and carrier data in Tracking Platform and ensure SQF food safety practices are maintained.
