Distribution Lead (Trainer) – Temp to Hire Pay: $25.25/hr Seeking Distribution Leads (Trainers) to support peak season operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities:
Train and coach new and existing associates Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards Monitor training progress and provide feedback Support onboarding and daily operations Assist leadership with staffing and operational needs Requirements:
