Administrative Assistant for Reliability / Storeroom Departments needed for a 12-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Hebron, Ohio.


Pay Rate:$20 to $22.69 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and inventory control support to the Reliability and Storeroom departments.
• This position works directly with the Technical Spare Parts Manager and is responsible for data entry, inventory coordination, and departmental support.
• Although not a supervisory role, the position also includes supporting oversight of a specialized crew of individuals with unique abilities.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve
  

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate with external parties
