** We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on
** Contract Operations Manager
** to build and lead our enterprise-wide contract management function. This newly created role will bring structure, visibility, and consistency to MPW’s contract lifecycle processes while partnering closely with Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership.

** What You’ll Do
*** Design and implement standardized contract lifecycle workflows from intake through renewal
* Lead selection, implementation, and administration of contract management systems (CLM)
* Develop templates, playbooks, reporting dashboards, and metadata standards to improve visibility and reduce risk
* Partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT to clarify ownership, streamline approvals, and improve cycle times
* Support renewal tracking, repository management, and early-stage contract operations while building scalable solutions
* Drive training, adoption, and change management for new processes and tools
** What You'll Need
*** Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, operations, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement operations, or similar
* Experience participating in at least one CLM or contract workflow system implementation
