• As part of the mechanical engineering design team, perform design tasks from armor panel layouts on military ground vehicles to detailed design of parts that support customer needs and design requirements.
• Create level 2 and 3 drawings IAW ANSI Y14.5 standards, DOD-STD-100 and others as necessary.
• Proficient at creating mechanical layouts and completing design studies/trades as required.
• Familiar with weldments, ballistic plates and other mechanical part drawings is necessary; familiar with composite layouts and processes preferable.
• Familiar with electronic and optronics packaging a plus.
• Working knowledge of materials, processes and coatings for military vehicles.
• Ability to work with a small team under the direction of Integris engineers.
• Works within an organized framework to allow efficient information sharing.
• Participates in design and verification reviews as required. Supports CCB on projects.

• Minimum of 5+ years of Solid Works, 3D modeling and 2D drawing package experience.
• Use of Solid Works PDM system for configuration management a must.
• Ability to convert CREO models to Solid Works for projects as necessary.
• Working knowledge of large model management techniques is desired, not required.
• Knowledge of Pro Cabling, Sheet metal, Piping is desired, not required.

• Ability to convert CREO models to Solid Works for projects as necessary.
• Familiar with mechanical design of ground military vehicles.
• Familiar with armor integration on military ground vehicles.
• Detail oriented and open minded.
