Full Time - Pharmacy Technician

Position at Arensberg Pharmacy, Hebron, OH.

• Accurately and promptly fill prescriptions for pharmacist review
• Remind customers about prescription refills
• Investigate and respond to customer service issues and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Send appropriate communication to enhance customer relations
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies regarding the operation of the pharmacy
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Basic math skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑friendly attitude
• Proactive assistance to patients
• Friendly greeting of all customers as a new member of the family
• Ability to promote teamwork and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, self‑disciplined
• Proficient use of a computer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Rx 30 preferred (not required)

Position requires standing for long periods, repetitive data entry tasks, and handling phone calls.

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio (National certification preferred)
• Must be registered as a technician in Ohio
