Job Description
** JOB FUNCTION:
** To clean and maintain entire maintenance department, including the Mechanical, Paint & Body and Fabrication shops.
*
* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

**** 1**. Clean all office and common areas.
** 2**. Empties all trash containers daily.
** 3**. Sweep all carpet daily.
** 4**. Wet mop hard flooring daily.
** 5**. Cleans benches and floors.
** 6**. Stock kitchens.
** 7**. Cleans restrooms and showers.
** 8**. Performs other duties as directed.
** ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
**** 1**. Assist with shoveling snow and salt the sidewalks around building.
** 2**. Adhere to a cleaning schedule for all carpets and glass.
** 3**. Stocking copy and fax rooms when needed.
** 4**. Use slippery floor hazard signs when needed.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

**** 1**. High School Diploma or equivalent.
** 2**. Some High School Education acceptable.
** 3**. Ability to work in a highly detailed and safe manner.
** 4**. Ability to operate forklift and floor cleaning equipment.
** 5**. Ability to safely use certain cleaning chemicals.
** 6**. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
** 7**. 0-1 years of “hands on” experience.
