Job Output
Manufacture, assemble, stack and package Tectum products to produce needed items in the pursuit of customers’ orders as directed by Production Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Follow all Company Policies, with a direct focus on Safety.
· Must have high regard for attendance since required work is only performed onsite.
· Must be available to work at any time, day (including weekends) and rotating shifts.
· Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services that do not sacrifice the safety of others, oneself, nor the environment.
· Ensure that the standards for quality, output, safety, etc. are adhered to and improved upon.
· Assemble materials and package finished products for transport to customers.
· Operate machinery or stations, as instructed by the Team Leader or Production Supervisor, to meet scheduled demands.
· Properly maintain equipment.
· Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
· Maintain clean and organized work area.
· Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily and maintain a clean working environment.
· Must be able to read, write, and use measuring devices.
Education and/or Experience
· Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred.
· Knowledge of wood manufacturing materials, fabrication processes, and machinery preferred.
· Ability to learn how to operate a forklift and other company vehicles.
· Prefer High School Diploma or GED.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces, tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE may include:
Safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and face shields.
