- Level up your pay . Opportunity to increase your base pay up to $.50/hr within your first 2 years of employment as you gain more on the job experience. – 6 months $23.50 – 12 months – $24.00 – 18 months $24.50 – 24 months $25.00

A Production Associate is primarily responsible for packaging finished goods in accordance with production order and established ISO procedures. Clean and maintain production area and production equipment. Perform daily duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Package products properly
- Clean and maintain production area
- Fill out production paperwork
- Perform other duties assigned
EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High school education or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to fill-out production paperwork
