Packaging Associate

THK Manufacturing of America (TMA), a trusted name in precision manufacturing, is currently hiring a Wrap and Pack Processor to support our growing LM (Linear Motion) operations. If you’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to be part of something bigger, this is your opportunity.

Hours:

working 2nd shift 12pm‑8pm or 3pm‑11pm. Training hours 8am‑4pm.

• Wrap finished products using protective materials to prevent damage
• Pack products into boxes, crates, or other containers according to specifications
• Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, and labels are applied
• Inspect finished products for damage or quality concerns before packing

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Previous experience (1–2 years) in assembly or processing is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work a full 40‑hour week.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
