THK Manufacturing of America, Inc., a premier manufacturer of linear motion guides, is looking to grow its production team by hiring Machine Operators at its facility in Hebron, OH. This position is responsible for operating assigned specialty machines to produce THK’s high quality precision products.
Scope of Job- Machine setup and adjustments
- Operation
- Troubleshooting
- Changeovers
- Daily maintenance and inspection
Main machines include saw, milling machine, machining center, heat treatment machines, specialized hole drilling machines, straighteners, grinders, and cutting machines.
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3pm to 11pm
Responsibilities- Loading component parts into the automated machines for various machining processes
- Cutting, grinding, milling, gauging, and inspecting parts.
- 1 year of experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
