Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Quality Control, R&D, and Operations, supporting formulation development, microbiological testing, and daily production needs
- Support manufacturing through routine and non-routine testing, including formula adjustments to maintain product performance and compliance.
- Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints, performing root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain microbiological testing procedures and regimens.
- Maintain and control product specifications, quality documentation, and ISO-related records.
- Maintain and enforce quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001, GMP, SOPs, and EPA regulatory requirements, supporting audits, documentation and product compliance.
- Conduct incoming raw material inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
- Test and evaluate product formulations to ensure performance, stability, and specification alignment.
- Provide technical support to internal departments, including Sales and Operations.
- Accurately maintain electronic quality and test data in internal databases.
- Assist with departmental operations and quality initiatives as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
0-2 Years Lab Experience Bachelors in a Science related field Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel and Word Outstanding analytical and organizational skills Proficient use of basic laboratory equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Decision making and problem solving skills Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems Good critical thinking

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hebron, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
