Pay: $30+ per hour starting (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald's restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred)
• Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed

* Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

* Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations

* Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility upkeep

* Ensure all work follows McDonald's safety and operational standards

* Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehicles

Qualifications:

* HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not required

* Experience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage service calls

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environments
