Position Overview:

Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald's restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred)  - Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment - Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed

+ Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

+ Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations

+ Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility    upkeep  

+ Ensure all work follows McDonald's safety and operational standards

+ Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehicles

Qualifications:

+ HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not required

+ Experience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance - Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage service calls

+ Valid driver's license with clean driving record.  

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environments
