Daily responsibilities

Service and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems.

Use diagnostic techniques and tools to uncover root causes and resolve them.

Speak with homeowners about findings, options, and maintenance tips.

Keep precise digital records of service calls, repairs, and installs.

Follow all safety procedures and applicable codes.

Continue sharpening your skills with new technologies and best practices.

What you’ll need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade certification preferred.
3+ years of field experience is preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of HVAC/R systems, equipment, and tools.

Exceptional troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.

Self-starter who collaborates well with teammates.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Clear, courteous communication and strong customer service.
